Confession, standards and pledge

Read the member standards
  • A confessed faith in Christ. Every member personally confesses Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour, and seeks to let that confession shape how they trade, lead and serve.
  • Integrity in every transaction. We keep our word, honour contracts, price fairly, pay promptly and refuse bribery, deception or exploitation of any kind.
  • Excellence as worship. We pursue competence and craftsmanship in our work, understanding that the quality of our labour is a testimony before God and people.
  • Respect for every person. We treat employees, clients, competitors and members with dignity — free of harassment, discrimination, slander or manipulation.
  • Stewardship and generosity. We manage resources responsibly, care for the vulnerable, and use profit as a means of blessing families, churches and communities.
  • Truthful representation. Our profiles, credentials, offers and claims within the network are accurate. We do not misrepresent ourselves or our organisations.
  • Confidentiality and trust. What is shared in chambers, clusters and private conversations stays there. Member contacts are never harvested, sold or spammed.
  • Peaceable conduct. Disagreements are handled privately and graciously first. We do not use the network for political agitation, sectarian attack or public shaming.
  • Accountability to the fellowship. Members accept review by the network's administrators and submit to correction, suspension or removal where these standards are broken.
Read the member pledge
  • I will honour Christ in my business dealings, in public and in private.
  • I will speak truthfully, keep my commitments, and settle my obligations on time.
  • I will treat every member as a brother or sister, not merely as a prospect.
  • I will protect the confidence and contact details entrusted to me by other members.
  • I will offer my skill, counsel and network generously to those coming behind me.
  • I will conduct myself in a way that commends the Gospel to those who do not yet believe.
